Remake of a project from 2019. After the local authorities decided not to move the adjacent powerlines, a second study was made to investigate the possibilities of developing the site next to the local golf course.
Since the connection to the town has been lost since the retake, a new concept had to be developed. A series of enclosed streets, aligned mainly with single family residential units, provide a sense of community. Each street loop is surrounded by green areas, in form of strips of nature, on all four sides. The strips provide areas for playing, infiltration of storm water, and work as green corridors for animals and insects.
A public park is planned in the south east with a playground and open canals with water collected from rain.
