Information	Weibullsholm in Landskrona is located nearby the new trainstation and used to be an industrial area. The area is now slowly being transformed and redeveloped for new purposes. The area is divided into two parts, with the more southern one being developed a pure commersial area. In the north, closer to the trainstation, the design proposal aims at creating a diverse multifunctional cityscape with a mixture of different residential building typologies and with a mixture of workplaces and offices, to create an urban link between the inner city and the trainstation. Social, as well as economical sustainabilty, is created by mixing different types of housing typologies within each city block. By connecting to and extending existing streets in Landskrona through the area, greater connectivity is created and thus enabling an increasing flow of people moving through the area. The aim is to transform area into a natural extension of the city and make sure it is not perceived as an isolated enclave. The ecological footprint is reduced by creating an open system of canals, whos main purpose is collecting and infiltrating surface water and to precent occasional flooding of the area which can happen at times of heavy rains. The canal system, with ponds and adjacent parks, becomes an important quality for residents and visitors alike. A new main road is drawn trough the area to connect the developments to the south with new public transportation bus services. The so called "Ringvägen" is made smaller with four lanes for traffic surrounded by trees.
